1. Introduction

Welcome to Roasters Map, a platform operated by Roasters Map, USA (“Roasters Map,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Sale (“Agreement”) govern all purchases of products and services made on Roasters Map by Buyers (“Buyer,” “you,” or “your”).

Roasters Map operates in two primary capacities:

•Direct Seller: Selling barista training courses, coffee brewing equipment, and branded merchandise directly to Buyers.

•Marketplace Facilitator: Providing a platform where independent Sellers list and sell coffee-related products and services.

By purchasing any product or service through Roasters Map, you agree to comply with these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree, please refrain from making purchases on the platform.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them:

•Buyer: Any individual or business that purchases products or services on Roasters Map.

•Seller: Any individual or business registered to sell products or services on Roasters Map.

•Product: Any coffee-related goods listed for sale on Roasters Map, whether by a Seller or Roasters Map.

•Service: Any coffee-related service, such as barista training or equipment maintenance, offered by Sellers or Roasters Map.

•Order: A confirmed purchase of a product or service through Roasters Map.

•Commission: The percentage of the sale price deducted by Roasters Map before disbursing payouts to the Seller.

•Payouts: Payments made by Roasters Map to Sellers for completed transactions after deducting applicable commissions.

•Dispute: Any disagreement between a Buyer and a Seller regarding a transaction, which Roasters Map may mediate.

•Return and Refund Policy: The policy set by each Seller (or by Roasters Map for direct sales) regarding how returns and refunds are handled.

3. Order Placement & Acceptance

•By placing an order on Roasters Map, you agree to purchase the selected product or service from the respective Seller or Roasters Map.

•All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the Seller (for marketplace transactions) or by Roasters Map (for direct sales).

•The contract for sale is directly between the Buyer and the Seller, with Roasters Map acting solely as a facilitator in marketplace transactions.

•Roasters Map reserves the right to cancel any order due to fraud detection, pricing errors, or violations of platform policies.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Product and Service Pricing

•Marketplace Transactions: Prices are set by Sellers, and while Roasters Map may enforce minimum or maximum pricing guidelines to ensure fair practices, we do not control Seller pricing.

•Direct Sales: Prices are set and maintained by Roasters Map.

•Prices may include applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction.

•Prices are subject to change without notice, and the final price is confirmed at checkout.

4.2 Payment Processing

•Buyers must pay in full at the time of placing an order.

•All payments are processed securely through our payment system; Roasters Map does not store payment details.

•Any disputes related to payments, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions will be handled through our dispute resolution process.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Marketplace Transactions (Third-Party Sellers)

•Sellers are solely responsible for processing, packaging, and shipping their products.

•Shipping times and costs are determined by the Seller and displayed on the product listing.

•Roasters Map does not guarantee shipping timelines for third-party Sellers and is not liable for delays, lost shipments, or damaged goods.

•Buyers should contact the Seller directly for shipping-related issues.

5.2 Direct Sales (Roasters Map Orders)

•Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from order confirmation.

•Shipping charges are calculated at checkout; free shipping may apply based on product eligibility.

•Buyers will receive a tracking number once the order ships.

•If a product arrives damaged, Buyers must notify [email protected] within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

6.1 Return and Refund Policy

•Marketplace Transactions: Each Seller sets its own return and refund policy, which is displayed on the product page.

•Direct Sales: Returns are accepted for eligible products within 14 days. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

•Some items, such as digital products, personalized items, or perishable goods, may be non-refundable.

6.2 Order Cancellations

•Marketplace Transactions: Cancellation policies vary by Seller and must be reviewed before purchase.

•Direct Sales: Orders can only be canceled if they are still in the processing phase and have not been shipped.

•Roasters Map reserves the right to cancel orders due to fraud detection, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

7. Dispute Resolution

•If a Buyer and Seller are unable to resolve a dispute, Roasters Map may offer mediation services; however, we do not guarantee refunds or settlements for marketplace transactions.

•Roasters Map reserves the right to make a final decision in disputes where mediation is provided.

•Fraudulent refund claims or chargebacks may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

8. Prohibited Conduct

•Buyers and Sellers must not circumvent Roasters Map’s payment system by arranging direct payments outside the platform.

•Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or refund requests is prohibited.

•Listing or purchasing prohibited items—including non-coffee-related products, counterfeit goods, or illegal items—is not allowed.

•Harassment, abuse, or threats toward other users or Roasters Map staff are strictly prohibited.

•Roasters Map reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

•Sellers retain ownership of their product images, branding, and content. However, by listing on our platform, Sellers grant Roasters Map a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote their listings.

•Roasters Map reserves the right to remove any content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights or violates our policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

•Roasters Map acts solely as a marketplace facilitator. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or performance of products or services provided by Sellers.

•Roasters Map is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from transactions between Buyers and Sellers.

•In no event shall Roasters Map be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

•Buyers and Sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roasters Map, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

•Violations of this Agreement.

•Disputes related to transactions conducted through the platform.

•Any legal claims regarding products or services sold on Roasters Map.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

•These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

•Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Fulton County, Atlanta, GA.

•Buyers and Sellers waive the right to a jury trial or class-action lawsuit related to transactions on Roasters Map.
