Hamzeh's journey into the world of coffee began in his living room in Jordan, where he experimented with roasting beans on a 1kg batch roaster. After refining his skills and roasting over 500 pounds of coffee, he returned to the U.S. and co-founded Q29 Roastery. In 2023, he opened Alchemist Coffee Lab, bringing his vision of a science-inspired coffee haven to life.
